Terms.

Good agreements make the work lighter. These are the basic terms for projects with WDR Studios.

Projects and proposals

A project starts after written approval of the proposal or project scope. That scope includes deliverables, timing, feedback rounds and payment agreements.

Collaboration

Branding, websites and spaces become stronger when input arrives on time. Feedback is shared in one clear round, so we can design, refine and deliver with focus.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, we work with an advance and a final balance at delivery, or with staged payments as described in the proposal. Invoices are due within the term shown on the invoice.

Changes

Extra work outside the agreed scope is discussed first. That keeps the project clear and avoids surprises afterwards.

Use and rights

After full payment, you may use the delivered work for your brand, website or space as agreed. WDR Studios may show the work in portfolio unless we agree otherwise in advance.

Cancellation or pause

If a project is paused or cancelled, completed work and costs already made are invoiced. From there, we decide together what is still needed.
